Once the wig process has started, I  want to inform you that we are unable to offer ANY  refunds. This policy is in place due to the customized nature of our wig services and the time, effort, and materials involved in creating a personalized wig for you.

Please note wigs take minimum of two weeks to be made and do not book an appointment until you receive an email saying your wig is ready !!
